Pole is one of the most effective ways to change your body.
It builds strength, tones muscle, and shapes you in ways traditional workouts simply don't.

But how you train matters.

This style of pole isn't about forcing tricks or chasing intensity.
It's about developing deep strength, moving with intention and control, and elegant movement — so your body looks and feels powerful and feminine.

Have Questions?

Do I need any experience before starting?
Not at all. This pack is designed for absolute beginners.
Do I need to be fit or strong to start?
No. Pole is what builds your fitness and strength — you start exactly where you are.
What kind of pole do I need?
A spinning pole installed safely at home that locks into spin mode. Any reputable brand works — look for a secure tension or ceiling mount and a 40–45mm diameter. Chrome, powder-coated, stainless and brass finishes are all fine. Silicone works too, but you'll need clothing that protects your skin.
Am I too old to start pole?
No. People of any age can learn, and many start in their 40s, 50s, 60s or later. Starting where you are and learning correct technique is what matters.
Do I need anything else for this course?
A spinning pole and a grip aid. Knee pads are helpful for comfort, and a yoga mat is useful for warm-ups and cool-downs.
